Uptec is recruiting a Production Team Lead in Eindhoven to lead operators and improve daily production performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocate work, monitor production progress and maintain quality, safety and delivery reliability.
• Coach operators and support their development while keeping production organised and on schedule.
• Identify and implement improvements using Lean principles, including 5S and Kaizen, and reduce waste through more efficient working methods.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering to optimise processes and meet production plans.

YOUR PROFILE

• HBO working and thinking level, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or Technical Business Administration.
• Experience as a team leader or in a comparable role within a production environment.
• Affinity with quality, Lean and process improvement.
• Ability to coordinate production planning, people and processes.
