Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. About The LeanFluencer

The LeanFluencer is a registered trade name of Moving Industries B.V., a private limited liability company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95857575, with its registered address at Edelhertakker 25, 3994 EP Houten, the Netherlands.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of theleanfluencer.com and its marketplace services, including free and paid services.

By using our website or submitting content, you agree to comply with the applicable provisions of these Terms. Additional commercial terms apply when a customer purchases or requests a paid service. Paid services are intended for business customers.

2. Our marketplace

The LeanFluencer is a marketplace dedicated to Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence. It provides opportunities for professionals and companies to present themselves, discover jobs and share professional knowledge.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, The LeanFluencer acts as a platform operator and is not a party to agreements between professionals, employers, companies or other users.

3. User submissions and accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring that information they submit is accurate, relevant and lawful, and that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

Users must not submit misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content, or personal information about others without an appropriate lawful basis.

We may review, request changes to, reject, correct or remove submissions where reasonably necessary to maintain the quality, safety and integrity of the marketplace.

4. Professional Profiles

Professionals may submit information about their professional background, expertise, experience and professional interests for publication.

Professional Profiles are subject to review before publication. Once published, information intended for public display may be visible to website visitors and search engines.

Creating a standard Professional Profile is free of charge. Any future paid features will be subject to separately communicated terms before purchase or acceptance.

5. Company Profiles and Partners

Companies may submit information about their organisation, activities, products, services and professional expertise for publication.

Creating a standard Company Profile is free of charge, subject to review and approval.

A Company Profile does not automatically confer Partner status or entitlement to promotional placement.

Partner visibility and additional promotional benefits may be provided under the applicable paid Plus or Premium service or another expressly agreed commercial arrangement.

6. Jobs and external applications

Job opportunities published on The LeanFluencer may be submitted by organisations or sourced from publicly available employer and recruitment websites.

We aim to present relevant and accurate information, but job details, availability, application deadlines and employment conditions may change without notice.

Users should verify important details with the original employer or recruitment source before applying or making decisions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applications are handled by the relevant external organisation. The LeanFluencer does not guarantee employment, interviews, recruitment outcomes or the continued availability of advertised jobs.

7. Blogs and professional contributions

Professionals and companies may submit articles, insights, experiences and other knowledge contributions for editorial review.

Blog submissions are free of charge, subject to editorial guidelines. Submission does not guarantee publication.

We may edit formatting, request revisions, decline publication or remove published material for reasonable editorial, legal or quality-related reasons.

Separate commercial arrangements may apply to specifically commissioned, sponsored or promotional content where expressly agreed in advance.

8. Flex job advertising

Flex is a usage-based job advertising service without a subscription.

For jobs whose initial publication starts during 2026, the base rate is €7 per billable publication day, excluding VAT.

For jobs whose initial publication starts on or after 1 January 2027, the regular base rate is €9 per billable publication day, excluding VAT, unless a different rate has been expressly agreed.

The first and last actual publication days are free of charge, up to a maximum of two distinct free days per job. Other publication days are billable, subject to any applicable discount.

The first paid Flex job initially published during 2026 qualifies for an introductory discount of 50% on the €7 base rate, resulting in €3.50 per billable day for up to the first 28 billable days. Subsequent billable days are charged at €7.

The applicable base rate is determined by the job’s initial publication start date and remains fixed throughout its uninterrupted publication, including where publication continues into a subsequent calendar year.

There is no predefined maximum publication duration. Customers are responsible for notifying The LeanFluencer when an advertised job is filled, withdrawn or no longer available.

The LeanFluencer may also review job availability and remove or suspend outdated or unavailable advertisements.

9. Plus subscription

Plus costs €39 per month, excluding VAT.

Plus includes:

  • A 5% discount on the applicable daily advertising rate for newly started jobs.
  • Partner visibility in the Companies sidebar.
  • Access to the standard free Company Profile and blog submission opportunities, subject to the applicable editorial guidelines.

Plus is available with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is paid in advance and provides a 10% discount on the regular annual subscription price, resulting in €421.20 per year, excluding VAT.

Job advertising charges are separate from the subscription fee.

10. Premium subscription

The regular Premium subscription price is €79 per month, excluding VAT.

For eligible customers signing up during 2026, an introductory rate of €39.50 per month applies for the first 12 months. After this period, the regular Premium subscription rate applies.

The introductory period does not create a mandatory 12-month subscription commitment.

Premium includes:

  • A 10% discount on the applicable daily advertising rate for newly started jobs.
  • Weekly promotion of one job.
  • Partner visibility in the Companies sidebar.
  • Prominent placement in the Partners logo bar.
  • Access to the standard free Company Profile and blog submission opportunities, subject to the applicable editorial guidelines.

Premium is available with monthly or annual billing.

Annual billing is paid in advance and provides a 10% discount on the regular annual subscription price, resulting in €853.20 per year, excluding VAT.

The annual billing discount cannot be combined with the 50% Premium introductory subscription discount.

Job advertising charges are separate from the subscription fee.

11. Orders, invoicing and payment

Paid services are subject to acceptance or confirmation by The LeanFluencer. Submitting an enquiry or requesting a service does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance or activation.

All advertised prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Subscription fees are invoiced in advance. Usage-based job advertising charges are invoiced retrospectively.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Payment instructions will be provided with the invoice or through an authorised payment link.

In the event of overdue payment, The LeanFluencer may send reminders and request payment within an additional reasonable period.

If payment remains outstanding, we may review and, where justified and after appropriate notice, suspend paid advertising or Partner benefits. Such suspension is not automatic.

During an authorised suspension, hidden job advertisements will not accumulate new billable publication days. Free Company Profiles and previously accepted free blog contributions are not automatically removed solely because a paid service is suspended.

Subscription obligations remain in effect during a payment-related suspension unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Following verified payment, eligible paid benefits may be restored. Job advertisements will be checked for continued relevance and availability before republication.

12. Cancellation, upgrades and downgrades

Customers may request cancellation of a Plus or Premium subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period. No new subscription period will begin after the effective cancellation date.

Cancellation requests may be submitted to info@theleanfluencer.com, or to another designated subscription contact address communicated by The LeanFluencer.

Where active job advertisements are associated with a cancelled subscription, the cancellation confirmation will identify the relevant active job IDs. Existing uninterrupted job advertisements retain their previously established advertising rate and applicable discount.

Upgrades take effect on the first day of the next calendar month, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Where a customer upgrades from an annually prepaid Plus subscription to Premium, the unused prepaid Plus subscription value will be credited against the Premium subscription charges. No cash refund is provided for that unused value unless required by law or expressly agreed.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current prepaid monthly or annual subscription period. A properly received downgrade request will be processed for that effective date without requiring the customer to submit the same request again.

13. Intellectual property and publication rights

The LeanFluencer website, its original design, branding, functionality and platform content created by us are owned by Moving Industries B.V. or its respective licensors, subject to applicable intellectual property rights.

Contributors retain ownership of their original submitted content, subject to any third-party rights.

By submitting content for publication, contributors grant Moving Industries B.V. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, format and publish that content on The LeanFluencer and to promote the published contribution through related communication channels, with appropriate attribution where practicable.

Contributors confirm that they have the rights and permissions necessary to grant this licence, including for photographs, logos, images and other submitted materials.

Requests to remove or correct published content may be sent to info@theleanfluencer.com. We will assess such requests in accordance with applicable law and relevant agreements.

14. External links and third-party services

Our website may contain links to employers, professional websites, companies, social media platforms, sponsors and other third-party services.

These external services are operated independently. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices or terms and cannot guarantee their accuracy or suitability.

15. Privacy and personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Users should be aware that information they choose to publish in public profiles or contributions may be accessible to others, including through search engines.

16. Platform availability and force majeure

The LeanFluencer aims to provide a reliable and accessible platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, hosting or network disruptions, security incidents, cyberattacks or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable measures to prevent disruptions, protect the platform and restore services within a reasonable timeframe.

Neither party shall be liable for a failure or delay in performing contractual obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that the affected party takes reasonable steps to limit the consequences.

A cyberattack or security incident will not automatically constitute force majeure where the circumstances result from a failure to take reasonable and appropriate protective measures.

A full day during which a paid job advertisement is not publicly accessible because of a platform-wide outage will not be charged as a billable publication day. Partial disruptions will be assessed reasonably, taking account of their nature and duration.

Where a significant disruption materially affects another paid service, The LeanFluencer will assess an appropriate remedy, taking account of the service affected, the duration of the disruption and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory obligations relating to personal data protection, security incidents or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Suspension and removal

We may suspend access to particular services or remove content where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security concerns, non-payment in accordance with these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will provide an explanation or an opportunity to correct the issue.

18. Limitation of liability

Information on The LeanFluencer is provided for general professional and informational purposes. While we aim to maintain accurate and relevant content, we cannot guarantee that all information supplied by third parties is complete, current or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moving Industries B.V.’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a particular paid service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for that service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moving Industries B.V. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of anticipated savings or reputational damage.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal basis of the claim, including contract and tort.

The limitations do not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or deliberate recklessness by Moving Industries B.V.’s management, or where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory legal rights or remedies.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to users.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through reasonable consultation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business activities or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.

Where required by law or applicable agreements, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Changes will not retroactively alter an existing agreed price or other contractual entitlement unless permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
