Site Lean Deployment Lead – Eindhoven

Information:

Frencken is looking for a Site Lean Deployment Lead in Eindhoven. You lead the site’s Lean transformation roadmap and help teams improve operational performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the site Lean transformation roadmap.
  • Support management with daily performance improvement.
  • Coach teams and facilitate improvement workshops.
  • Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Use data and structured problem solving to reduce waste and standardise processes.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • At least three years of relevant experience.
  • A track record in Lean transformation.
  • Practical knowledge of A3, DMAIC and value stream mapping.
  • Strong coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
