DSV is recruiting for Senior Operational Excellence Manager in Moerdijk.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate global OE programmes, including Xsite and Lean Six Sigma, into site plans and deliver strategic projects across sites.
• Build continuous improvement through training, workshops, coaching and value stream mapping; embed operational standards and share good practice.
• Deliver Yellow Belt training, coach Green Belts and execute complex Green/Black Belt projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or business administration.
• Three to five years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Lean Six Sigma.
• Affinity with Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt is preferred and Black Belt experience is a strong advantage.
• Confidence training groups and delivering presentations, with experience managing and guiding multiple projects simultaneously.
