Uptec is recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer in Roermond to strengthen quality systems and improve technical manufacturing processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical quality policy; establish, maintain and improve the QMS, procedures and work instructions.
• Perform internal audits, coordinate supplier audits and support certification programmes such as ISO 9001.
• Investigate deviations, propose improvements, and collect, interpret and report customer feedback, complaints and quality data.
• Coach and train teams to strengthen quality awareness, manage improvement systems and support colleagues using them.

YOUR PROFILE

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Quality Management or Technical Business Administration.
• Experience with standards such as ISO 9001 and establishing, maintaining or improving a QMS.
• Training in auditing, Lean or Six Sigma, or motivation to undertake it.
• Understanding of technical manufacturing processes and the ability to connect production practice with quality policy.
