JDE Peet’s is recruiting a Production Team Leader for its Vacuum area in Utrecht.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the area’s strategy and production performance in day shifts, coordinating priorities with other area leads and stakeholders.
• Analyse performance data and lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and TPM, taking projects from concept through implementation.
• Maintain a stable, efficient production operation with Maintenance and Operations, and strengthen coordination with Planning and Logistics to improve productivity.
• Coach and train operators, develop the team and strengthen the safety culture.

YOUR PROFILE

• A technical qualification at HBO level or higher, for example in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering.
• At least five years of experience in FMCG or food production or processing, with demonstrable leadership of operational teams.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or other improvement methods.
