Process Excellence Lead – Commerce & Marketing

Information:

Perfetti Van Melle is looking for a Process Excellence Lead for its global Commerce & Marketing domain. In this senior role, you ensure that processes, data, systems and organisational capabilities form an integrated and scalable operating model.

You co-own the transformation and improvement roadmap and translate strategic priorities into global and regional initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-own the Commerce & Marketing transformation and improvement roadmap.
  • Safeguard the global process and data template.
  • Translate business priorities into process, data and technology improvements.
  • Lead governance across process, data, IT and analytics.
  • Align global standards with regional execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement and benefit realisation.
  • Build and lead the global Process Excellence community.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least twelve years of experience in Process Excellence, transformation or Operational Excellence.
  • Experience within an international FMCG or consumer goods environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Commerce and Marketing processes.
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, commercial planning tools and sales force automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
