Lodiers & Partners is recruiting a Plant Manager for Aalberts hydronic flow control in Wijhe. You hold P&L responsibility for a manufacturing site with approximately 60 employees and report to the Operations Director.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate the business strategy into operational plans and measurable results.
• Increase production output and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Strengthen continuous improvement and develop a roadmap for the product portfolio.
• Develop the operational organisation, coach employees and improve collaboration with other departments.

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a technical discipline.
• At least seven years in a comparable role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of operations, production improvement and supply chain.
• Experience establishing and sustaining a continuous-improvement culture using methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and TPM.
• Experience coaching and developing employees and converting operational strategy into practical plans.
