Kramp

Kramp is looking for an On-Time Delivery Process Optimization Lead based in Varsseveld or Utrecht, with partially remote working. You own delivery reliability across the supply chain and help embed improvements across ten European warehouses.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end on-time delivery process across inbound, outbound and transport operations.
• Use Lean and Six Sigma to analyse performance, address root causes and implement improvements.
• Manage projects, business requirements, dependencies and operational readiness.
• Maintain process standards, training materials and data requirements and support user acceptance testing.
• Align stakeholders across European operations and ensure improvements are adopted.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least six years of experience in supply chain, Continuous Improvement or related roles.
• Experience delivering projects and improving processes with Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong warehouse and project-management experience and understanding of delivery reliability.
• Analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
