Information:

Frencken is recruiting for Manufacturing Engineer Machining in Eindhoven / Reuver.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess manufacturability, support RFQs and connect customers with internal engineering teams.
  • Lead NPI and industrialisation from concept to production and develop manufacturing processes and documentation.
  • Improve performance through Lean, resolve manufacturing issues and support engineering changes across functions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
  • At least five years in machining or high-tech Manufacturing Engineering, with experience leading NPI and industrialisation.
  • Strong CNC machining and process-optimisation knowledge, with experience of PFMEA, Control Plans and Lean Manufacturing.
