Eaton is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer in Hengelo. This hybrid role combines production support, industrialisation and improvement projects with digital transformation of the factory.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Improve safety, quality, delivery and efficiency in assembly and test processes.
• Support new product introductions, capital projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Resolve production disruptions and implement process and engineering changes.
• Develop standard work, instructions, PFMEAs and control plans.
• Use operational data and digital technologies to improve value-stream performance.

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least three years in a comparable role.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma; Green Belt is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in project work, data analysis and process improvement.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling and structured problem solving, such as 8D or root cause analysis.
• Good Dutch and English communication; affinity with digitalisation and robotics is an advantage.
