Uptec is recruiting a Production Manager for a high-tech assembly operation in Eindhoven.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead 25 assembly technicians and manage daily production, planning, quality and delivery reliability.
• Initiate improvements to production processes, products and cooperation between teams.
• Coach employees and conduct performance and appraisal discussions.
• Resolve technical bottlenecks with Engineering, Production Preparation and Quality.

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed technical or business qualification; the official vacancy lists Bachelor as its education level.
• At least five years of experience in production or assembly.
• Experience leading a team in a high-tech production environment, with attention to quality and safety.
• Knowledge of Lean methods is preferred.
