Information:

Capgemini is recruiting for Lean Portfolio Manager in Utrecht.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Align portfolio priorities and delivery with organisational strategy using Lean and Agile principles.
  • Guide prioritisation and value-, risk- and strategy-based decisions; facilitate Portfolio Kanban and balance demand with capacity.
  • Improve portfolio practices, coordinate activities, track performance and strengthen communication and stakeholder collaboration.

YOUR PROFILE

  • More than five years applying Lean and Agile methods in portfolio management; Capgemini also welcomes candidates who do not yet meet every experience criterion.
  • SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager and APMG Change Management Practitioner certifications are mandatory; SPC certification is preferred.
  • A background check forms part of selection.
