As we strive to enhance our operational excellence, we are seeking an Interim Project Manager to focus on optimizing our customer journey processes.
Job Description:
As the Interim Project Manager for Operational Excellence, you will play a crucial role in leading initiatives that streamline the customer journey within our renewable energy projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and drive operational efficiency. Your expertise will ensure a seamless customer experience from project inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey Mapping:
- Analyze and map current customer journey processes to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design improved customer experiences in line with operational excellence goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, technical, and customer support teams to gather insights and implement customer-centric solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive awareness and engagement around customer journey improvements.
Performance Metrics:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
- Utilize data-driven insights to iterate on processes and improve overall operational performance.
Training and Development:
- Mentor and train team members on best practices in operational excellence and customer journey management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven 15+ years of experience, particularly in customer journey operational excellence or process improvement project roles.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on brains type.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
