Vanderlande is recruiting an Industrial Engineer for its Veghel factory, improving production processes and supporting New Product Introductions (NPI).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse workflows and production data to remove bottlenecks, improve quality and productivity, and reduce costs.
• Design and implement production processes; develop and test solutions with stakeholders, then monitor results and adjust changes.
• Support colleagues adopting new processes and technologies, maintain process documentation and ensure safety and quality compliance.

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed technical HBO or WO qualification, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive Continuous Improvement knowledge at least at Yellow Belt level, plus three years of relevant industrial or production experience.
• Knowledge and practical experience of Lean Manufacturing, TPS and other improvement techniques.
• Project-management capability covering planning, organisation and stakeholders; affinity with R&D, NPI experience and technical drawing literacy.
