MSD Animal Health is recruiting an Improvement Lead for Packaging in Boxmeer. This full-time hybrid role combines team leadership, improvement portfolio management and digital transformation in a GMP production environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop the 13-person Improvement Team and contribute to the packaging strategy.
• Manage projects spanning new products, process optimisation, automation and capital investment.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, data analysis and structured problem solving to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
• Coach teams in improvement, project and change management.
• Use KPIs, dashboards and digital tools to guide decisions and sustain results.

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent.
• Strong experience leading improvement initiatives in pharmaceutical, food or chemical production.
• Knowledge of GMP and Lean Six Sigma tools; Green Belt certification is required.
• Experience coaching and influencing people, with strong analytical and digital skills.
• Strong Dutch and English communication and residence within reasonable distance of Boxmeer.
