Hollister is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager for its European Distribution Centre in Roosendaal. In this hands-on leadership role, you will shape and deliver the site’s Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence agenda.

You will analyse and improve processes across receiving, storage, replenishment, order picking, labelling and shipping. Using Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methods, you will help improve productivity, flow, capacity, quality, service and cost performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage a prioritised Continuous Improvement roadmap.
• Lead improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation and sustainment.
• Apply methods including DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, root-cause analysis and standard work.
• Identify waste, bottlenecks, variation and unnecessary process complexity.
• Coach managers, supervisors and operational teams in Lean thinking and structured problem solving.
• Use operational data and shop-floor observations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT, Finance, HR and Supply Chain.

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business or a related field.
• Approximately 8–12 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean or Operational Excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing or another complex operational environment.
• A track record of delivering measurable and sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, coaching and change-leadership skills.

OPPORTUNITY DETAILS

• Indicative annual base salary: €90,000–€120,000.
