VistaPrint is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer for its manufacturing facility in Venlo. In this position, you drive technical and process improvements across the production environment.

You work with Production, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance to optimise workflows, improve equipment performance and introduce new processes and machinery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead projects that improve existing and new production processes.
• Analyse, optimise and upgrade a varied electronic and mechanical machine park.
• Work with international suppliers to stabilise new production equipment.
• Implement improvements that reduce costs and increase production or quality.
• Support the installation of new equipment and introduction of new products.
• Challenge existing practices and evaluate pilots using objective data.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering.

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least three years of experience in process, equipment or industrial engineering.
• Project management skills and knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, FMEA and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional command of English.
• Mandarin and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills are advantageous.
