Continuous Improvement Engineer – Tilburg

Information:

Helvoet is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer in Tilburg. You use production data, root-cause analysis and practical implementation to improve quality, efficiency and productivity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse production data, failures and bottlenecks.
  • Turn root-cause analyses into practical improvements.
  • Lead improvement projects together with Production and Technical Services.
  • Train colleagues in improvement methods and ways of working.
  • Implement and sustain improvements on the shop floor.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • At least five years of experience in process improvement or Continuous Improvement.
  • Good command of Dutch and English and the ability to share knowledge clearly.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to involve colleagues in practical improvements.
