Yokogawa is looking for a Business Process Transformation Specialist in Amersfoort. You improve logistics processes across its European operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate logistics challenges and identify root causes.
• Map current and future processes and design improved ways of working.
• Build business cases and coordinate implementation with teams and suppliers.
• Help standardise best practices across local organisations.

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
• At least five years of logistics or supply chain experience, including two years in project management or process improvement.
• Process mapping and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating teams and implementing improvements.
