EY is recruiting a Senior Consultant Manufacturing Excellence in Amsterdam for its Supply Chain & Operations practice. You focus on operational excellence transformation in manufacturing and warehousing, with opportunities to work across other practice domains. The role offers a 32–40-hour contract and hybrid working.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement operational excellence transformation projects for manufacturing and warehousing clients.
• Analyse operations and develop recommendations, then support implementation within client programmes.
• Improve operating models, plants, departments and processes, including organisational redesign and restructuring.
• Support digital transformation of shop-floor operations, considering processes, systems, organisation and performance management.
• Apply Lean principles and Total Productive Management (TPM), working with implementation teams and client stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least three years of industry or consulting experience in manufacturing or warehousing operational excellence transformation.
• Master’s degree in Operations Management or a technical or engineering discipline.
• Willingness to work abroad.
• Industrial data analytics experience and experience with industrial automation software are advantages.
