VDL TIM Hapert, part of VDL Groep, is recruiting a Senior Quality Engineer in Hapert for a permanent, 40-hour position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise colleagues on quality and manufacturability from the early stages of new-product development.
• Initiate, prepare and carry out activities to safeguard and improve product quality.
• Work closely with engineering, purchasing, sales and production, and discuss delivered quality and complaint handling with customers.

YOUR PROFILE

• An HBO diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Technical Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean improvement methods is preferred.
• Experience managing activities and employees across departments.
