KMWE is recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer at its BIC1 site in Eindhoven for 40 hours per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the customer contact for quality matters, resolve queries promptly and coordinate 8D complaint handling.
• Ensure customer quality standards and applicable legal and regulatory requirements are implemented correctly.
• Develop quality plans for existing products and new product introductions, and oversee their implementation.
• Analyse quality trends and KPIs, propose improvements using PDCA, 4C and DMAIC, and help move the organisation from reactive problem-solving to proactive quality management.

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed HBO-level degree, preferably in Business Management or Mechanical Engineering; the vacancy lists HBO/WO as its education level.
• At least five years of relevant experience in precision mechanics or mechatronics.
• Knowledge of FMEA, 8D and Control Plans.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
