Continuous Improvement Manager – Utrecht

Information:

JDE Peet’s is recruiting for Continuous Improvement Manager in Utrecht.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) roadmap and embed zero-loss, zero-defect and full-engagement improvement principles.
  • Lead improvement projects with plant and global teams to improve efficiency, productivity and loss reduction.
  • Train employees in JDE methods, track improvement KPIs, apply good practice and lead digital transformation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A relevant higher-professional or university degree, for example Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
  • Project-management skills and experience with digital transformation and tools; Six Sigma or Lean certification is preferred.
