(Senior) Quality Assurance Engineer – Eindhoven

Information:

Frencken is recruiting for (Senior) Quality Assurance Engineer in Eindhoven.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer and supplier quality matters and resolve complaints through structured 8D root-cause analysis.
  • Drive corrective and preventive action using PPAP, 8D, Pareto, Fishbone, 5 Why and FMEA, promoting First Time Right and Zero Defects.
  • Perform and follow up internal and external audits and participate in customer-team meetings.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A completed technical bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechatronics, automotive, aerospace or medical disciplines.
  • At least seven years in a high-tech or comparable industry.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
  • QA experience in quality planning, risk assessment, testing and validation for new products; ability to read technical drawings and knowledge of machining and mechatronics.
  • Proven process-improvement results, statistical data-analysis skills, knowledge of ISO 9001/13485/14001 and experience with production ERP systems.
  • Extensive experience liaising with customers and suppliers.
