Information:

Capgemini is recruiting for Senior Consultant Intelligent Process & Performance in Utrecht.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate process-improvement technologies and data into strategic solutions and implement them with client teams.
  • Engage stakeholders, facilitate strategic workshops and improve processes using Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, automation and AI.
  • Support organisational change and sustainable process optimisation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A completed university master’s degree.
  • Three to six years in process or project management, data analytics and leading a small team.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Process Analytics tools and AI is an advantage.
  • Openness to projects abroad and Dutch at least B2.
