Picnic is looking for a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager for its Utrecht location. You combine hands-on fulfilment leadership with data-driven process improvement across shifts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own daily and weekly performance of an inbound or outbound area.
• Lead teams across shifts and supervise one operational shift each week.
• Use KPIs and Lean improvement initiatives to strengthen safety, quality, productivity and delivery.
• Manage major incidents, planning escalations and operational priorities.
• Translate analysis into practical improvements and consistent execution on the floor.

YOUR PROFILE

• A master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of supply-chain experience.
• Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data-analysis skills and experience with high-volume fulfilment processes.
• Proven team leadership and hands-on experience in automated, semi-automated or manual fulfilment.
• Fluent English; Dutch is preferred. Flexibility to work at different Dutch locations is required.
