Solar Nederland is recruiting a Senior Business Improvement Manager in Alkmaar. In this hybrid role, you turn strategic ambitions into measurable improvements in customer experience, operations and collaboration.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead complex organisation-wide improvement projects and translate strategy into priorities and results.
• Use process, data and root cause analysis to resolve operational problems.
• Strengthen project, programme and portfolio management.
• Facilitate workshops and improvement teams and develop Obeya and visual management practices.
• Coach managers in Lean thinking and sustain ownership of improvements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• At least seven years of experience in organisation-wide improvement and change programmes.
• Experience in project, programme or portfolio management in complex organisations.
• Strong analytical, communication and senior stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with technical wholesale, supply chain, logistics or B2B operations is an advantage.
