Pally Biscuits is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist in Nieuwegein. Working closely with production, quality, maintenance and supply chain, you turn operational data into lasting improvements on the factory floor.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Standardise working methods, instructions and training materials and help operators adopt them.
• Analyse OEE losses, downtime, scrap and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and TPM projects that reduce waste and improve safety, quality and output.
• Develop practical dashboards and support operational systems as a key user.
• Support new products and production lines and sustain the results of improvements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Affinity with process improvement in a production environment.
• Skills in data analysis, KPIs and dashboarding.
• Project-management, communication and influencing skills to involve colleagues in change.
• An analytical, structured and results-focused approach.
