Information:

Chubb is looking for a Transformation Manager / Execution Excellence Lead in Rotterdam. You improve the Commercial Insurance operating model through process improvement and digital transformation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the execution excellence roadmap for Commercial Insurance.
  • Improve underwriting workflows, process governance and performance measures.
  • Coordinate transformation projects across business and technology teams.
  • Apply Lean principles, automation and digital tools to simplify work.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or business transformation.
  • Experience in digital transformation.
  • Strong project and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
