Continuous Improvement Lead – Rotterdam

Information:

Hunter Douglas is looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive Operational Excellence across Supply Chain sites in the EMEA region. The role is based in Rotterdam and leads the regional deployment of the Hunter Douglas Management System.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion a culture of Continuous Improvement across EMEA Supply Chain sites.
  • Lead the regional Continuous Improvement Centre of Excellence.
  • Coordinate implementation and certification of the Hunter Douglas Management System.
  • Design and deliver training in Lean and improvement methodologies.
  • Develop dashboards and visual-management tools for performance monitoring.
  • Drive standardisation, digitalisation and data-driven decision-making.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Extensive experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Process Engineering.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Lean methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or engineering.
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Power BI.
