Information:

Lekkerland is looking for a Continuous Improvement Consultant in Son. You lead organisation-wide improvement and change initiatives at the intersection of strategy, processes, data and people.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead improvement and change programmes that support strategic objectives.
  • Identify improvement potential and translate analysis into results.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement across teams and departments.
  • Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methods.
  • Turn data into dashboards and management information.
  • Create support for change and facilitate workshops and improvement sessions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong strategic, analytical and organisation-wide perspective.
  • Experience with project and change management.
  • Green Belt certification or higher.
  • A positive, entrepreneurial and result-focused approach.
