DSV is looking for a Senior Operational Excellence Manager in Moerdijk. You connect local sites, Benelux staff functions and global Operational Excellence programmes to strengthen continuous improvement across Contract Logistics Netherlands.

The role combines strategic programme deployment, cross-site improvement and practical Lean Six Sigma capability building.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate global Operational Excellence programmes into local strategies and site plans.
• Initiate and deliver strategic improvement projects and cross-site initiatives.
• Embed continuous improvement through training, workshops, coaching and value stream mapping.
• Implement and maintain operational standards across Contract Logistics.
• Share best practices and improvement knowledge between locations.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training, coach Green Belts and lead complex improvement projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Three to five years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Lean Six Sigma.
• Lean Six Sigma affinity; Green Belt certification is preferred and Black Belt experience is an advantage.
• Experience training groups and guiding multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing and planning skills.
• The ability to connect strategy, site management and daily operations.
