Total Packaging is looking for an Interim Projectmanager Operations in Harderwijk. You lead a broad operational change programme across production, engineering, supply chain, logistics, order management and fulfilment.

The assignment is focused on turning analysis into implemented and sustainably embedded improvements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse end-to-end processes and identify bottlenecks across the operational chain.
• Translate problems into a roadmap with concrete improvement projects and results.
• Bring multidisciplinary project teams together and clarify responsibilities.
• Implement improvements in processes, planning, systems and ways of working.
• Manage dependencies between production, engineering, supply chain and logistics.
• Ensure that completed improvements are embedded in daily operations.

YOUR PROFILE

• Five to ten years of experience in project management, operations, production or supply chain.
• Demonstrated experience with complex change and implementation projects.
• Experience in an industrial production environment.
• Experience with process optimisation and preferably Lean.
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems.
• Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and change-management skills.
