Avantor is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Specialist in Hillegom. You bring structure to complex production processes and help manufacturing teams work more consistently, efficiently and reliably.

A major part of the role is creating clear manufacturing documentation while identifying and implementing practical process improvements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain batch-record templates, work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Support daily manufacturing operations and resolve operational challenges.
• Assess and improve production processes with supervisors and cleanroom teams.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Analyse workflows and identify opportunities for optimisation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in manufacturing, production, operations or process engineering.
• Experience with technical documentation, work instructions or manufacturing procedures.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
