Picnic is looking for a Continuous Improvement and Value Stream Operations Manager for its automated fulfilment operation in Dordrecht. You own the long-term performance of a value stream and lead multiple teams across shifts to improve safety, quality, productivity and operational reliability.

You work closely with the Site Manager and cross-functional teams to translate site goals into daily execution and scalable improvements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the performance and KPI roadmap of your value stream.
• Lead daily operations and coach supervisors who manage operational teams.
• Analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks and implement structural improvements.
• Lead Kaizen and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Apply 5S and reinforce safe and consistent operating standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, planning, analysts and last-mile teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• A university degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of leadership experience, preferably in warehouse or automated operations.
• Experience in automated or semi-automated fulfilment environments.
• Practical Lean and continuous-improvement experience in complex operations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Tableau and Excel.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Flexibility to work at Picnic’s automated sites in Dordrecht, Utrecht or Ridderkerk.
