Neways Electronics International is looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist for its high-tech manufacturing organisation in Son. In this role, you use Lean and Six Sigma methods to improve processes within a complex high-mix, low-volume production environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate, guide and implement improvement projects that support the growth of Neways.
• Analyse data and translate findings into sustainable process improvements.
• Support the development of strategic and operational objectives.
• Guide and support larger improvement programmes.
• Optimise the existing continuous improvement structure.
• Implement Lean management methods, including leader standard work, 6S, Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping and SMED.
• Work closely with Continuous Improvement colleagues and the wider organisation to embed and sustain improvements.

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed technical or business-related bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Relevant experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Black Belt certification is a plus.
• A hands-on, analytical and accurate way of working.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others to embrace the Lean philosophy.
• Good command of English; Dutch is preferred.
